International Administrative Board 2008–2010
The members of the Administrative Board are the president, the first vice president, the second vice president, the immediate past president, the regional directors, two members-at-large and two area representatives. The parliamentarian and the executive coordinator are ex-officio members, without vote.
The Administrative Board meets twice a year, the time and place determined by the international president. The board may meet at other times upon the call of the president. A quorum is a majority of the voting members of the board. The business delegated to the Administrative Board by the Constitution may be transacted by mail in the event an emergency makes holding a regular meeting impossible. The board may invite for consultation any international committee chairman or member of the Society. The Administrative Board shall not take action in conflict with the rules and acts of the international convention. A committee appointed by the international president approves the minutes of the Administrative Board. Following approval by committee, the minutes are sent to the members of the International Executive Board.
