Society Website Information
Checklist for website certification and re-certification:
___ The Purposes of the Society are listed.
___ The Mission Statement of the Society is displayed.
___ Each web page is dated as to its latest revision (month/day/year).
___ There is no direct advertising/solicitation. (A one-sentence acknowledgement of donation of an electronic site is acceptable.)
___ Written consent has been obtained for any addresses (mailing/electronic), telephone/fax numbers listed on the website.
___ Written consent has been obtained for any news and/or pictures on an individual or group.
___ Written consent has been obtained for the use of any copyrighted materials.
___ Information on the website is current and will be updated frequently (at least quarterly).
___ Contact information is available for the Webmaster.
___ The information is of sufficient scope to adequately reflect the chapter/state.
